BLACKPINK’s Jennie finally announced that her music group was preparing for a comeback. In The Game Caterer’s event, broadcast on South Korean national television, BLACKPINK’s Jennie openly said BLACKPINK would make a comeback soon. “BLACKPINK is preparing for a comeback; I’m not sure if I can say this, but because now I’m alone so I’m free to say anything,” said Jennie on The Game Caterer’s last episode. Jennie BLACKPINK’s words suddenly made netizens excited, especially BLACKPINK fans. The reason is the YG Entertainment music group has not made a comeback in almost 2 years. The girl group, which has 72.6 million subscribers on Youtube, released its first album in October 2020, with 8 songs, including the songs How You Like That and Lovesick Girls. In 2021 BLACKPINK member Rosé had released her single solo album, R, with the songs On The Ground and Gone and followed by Lisa BLACKPINK. She also released her single solo album in the same year, namely LALISA with LALISA and MONEY. But that didn’t stop BLACKPINK fans from hoping that their idol group could make a complete member comeback.
