Jisoo (BLACKPINK) and Lee Min Ho’s pairing in a new film has set the internet abuzz with excitement.

In exclusive news from South Korea’s Isplus, the highly-anticipated film “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint” has officially confirmed its star-studded cast, including Lee Min Ho, Jisoo (BLACKPINK), Ahn Hyo Seop, and Nana.

“Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint” is adapted from the web novel of the same name and centers around Kim Dok Ja (Ahn Hyo Seop), a man who attempts to save the world after realizing that it is changing according to the content of a fictional novel he once read. Kim Dok Ja is forced to collaborate with Yoo Jung Hyuk (Lee Min Ho), the novel’s main character, to rescue his own world.

Jisoo takes on the role of Lee Ji Hye, guiding the story alongside Kim Dok Ja and Yoo Jung Hyuk, while Nana will portray Jeong Hee Won, a strong-willed woman who cannot tolerate injustice. The film is being produced by Realize Pictures, the company behind the blockbuster success of “Squid Game,” and directed by Kim Byeong Woo.

The appearance of Lee Min Ho and Ahn Hyo Seop is expected to garner immense support from fans of the original work. In particular, Jisoo’s return to the screen is highly anticipated. The beautiful idol made her television debut in the JTBC drama “Snowdrop” and recently appeared as a fairy in the movie “The Sword of the Spirit.” There have been rumors that Jisoo is a fan of webtoons and eagerly accepted the offer to be a part of this project. As for Nana, following the success of “Mask Girl,” audiences have high expectations for her next performance.

“Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint” has completed its main casting, and pre-production work is expected to be finished soon, with full-scale filming set to begin in December. Information about the project is currently trending on social media, and fans are placing high hopes on the success of this dream cast in a much-anticipated production.
