MTV Europe Music Awards 2022 will soon be held. BLACKPINK to SEVENTEEN will be nominated.

Several idols from South Korea participated in the nominations for the award event, the 2022 MTV Europe Music Awards.
As reported by Soompi Thursday (10/13/2022), several music groups from South Korea entered the ranks of the categories at this prestigious event. Starting from BLACKPINK, BTS, to SEVENTEEN.
BLACKPINK also set a record in the 2022 MTV Europe Music Awards nomination. Jennie cs became the first Korean musician to be included in the Hottest Video category through the MV ‘Pink Venom’.
Later, BLACKPINK will compete with several world musicians such as Harry Styles, Doja Cat, Nicki Minaj to Taylor Swift.
Meanwhile, BTS and SEVENTEEN received three nominations each. BTS was nominated for Biggest Fan and Best Metaverse Performance (for Minecraft “Butter” and “Permission To Dance” concerts).
While SEVENTEEN won nominations for Best New Artist, Best Push, and Best K-Pop.
Later, idols will also compete in the Best K-Pop nominations. That category contains BLACKPINK, BTS, ITZY, SEVENTEEN, TWICE to BLACKPINK’s Lisa.
The MTV Europe Music Awards 2022 will be broadcast live from Düsseldorf, Germany, on November 13, 2022. Voting is open on their official website until November 9, 2022.
