Song Hye Kyo Enters the Line of Korean Celebrities Who Make Big Profits From Real Estate 2022.

Song Hye Kyo’s name appears on a list of celebrities who generated significant gains in the real estate market in 2022. This was disclosed on KBS2’s “Entertainment Company Live,” which aired on December 22.
The episode depicted Song Hye Kyo purchasing a separate house from Shin Ae Ra and Cha In Pyo for around 5 billion won and then selling it for 9 billion won in April of this year, after her mother had lived there for 17 years. The sale profit was around 2.9 billion won.
According to the program, Seo Taiji is the star who profited the most. In 2002, he paid roughly 5 billion won for a two-story building in Nonhyeon-dong. In addition, he began construction on a new six-story skyscraper.
The structure, known as the Seo Taiji Building for the last 20 years, was sold in April 2022 for around 38.7 billion won. After the subway station opened, the building’s value skyrocketed. With a market profit of roughly 33 billion won, Seo Taiji is garnering attention.
Then there’s Ryu Jun Yeol, who has earned a quick profit. He paid 5.8 billion won for land in Yeoksam-dong in 2020. Then, in January 2022, he sold the building for 15 billion won, earning a market profit of roughly 9 billion won.
Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon also purchased a building in Hannam-dong for around 5.8 billion won in 2019 and sold it for approximately 8.8 billion won in June of this year, resulting in a market profit of almost 3 billion won.
Song Hye Kyo will portray Dong Eun in “The Glory” in the meanwhile. Dong Eun seeks revenge on the bullies who forced her to drop out of school in this drama. Dong Eun is waiting for her bully to marry in order to exact revenge on the child.
The film “The Glory” is set to be released on December 30. This eight-episode drama is available to watch on the Netflix app.
