TWICE surpasses Blackpink to become the first female Kpop artist to set a new record

Recently, Billboard officially announced that TWICE’s third studio album – “Formula of Love: O+T=<3” entered the Top 200 Popular Albums chart at No. 26, marking its second week. 3 in a row on the main album chart.

“Formula of Love: O+T=<3” is not only the group’s longest-charting album on the Billboard 200, but it’s also TWICE’s first album to spend three weeks in the top 30.

In addition, TWICE also officially surpassed Blackpink to become the only female K-pop artist to stay on the Billboard 200 chart for three weeks, with an album released in 2021.

Previously, the album “Formula of Love: O+T=<3” debuted at number 3 on the Billboard 200, making TWICE the first Kpop girl group in history to have two albums enter the top 10 and hit the top 10. marking the group’s highest ranking on the chart to date.

In particular, the Billboard 200 is not the only chart that TWICE has ranked high this week. Most recently, “Formula of Love: O+T=<3” was maintained at No. 1 on Billboard’s World Albums chart for the third consecutive week and maintained at No. 5 on the Top Albums chart as well.
